Hurricane Classic nets $22,000 for local Red Cross
Golfers turned out Aug. 4 to support The Coastal South Carolina Chapter of the American Red Cross as it hosted its annual Hurricane Golf Classic at True Blue Golf Club in Pawleys Island. The benefit tournament netted $22,000 after expenses. The proceeds will be used to provide disaster relief services in Georgetown, Horry and Williamsburg counties.
